Massage Therapist
My mission is to comfort clients who are currently in treatment for cancer, or who have gone through cancer treatments by helping them to regain and maintain their strength when the fight becomes tough dealing with the side effects of medications, chemo-therapy and/or radiation.
My journey of caring for those in need of comfort started by becoming my mother’s primary caregiver after she was diagnosed with colon cancer. During this time I developed a desire to help other caregivers to care for their love ones. I went to school to become a Nurse Assistant and moved to Venice in 2007, where I worked with Venice Regional Hospital and Tide-Well Hospice serving the community of Venice and vicinity cities. In 2010 I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health as a Massage Therapist. I continued my massage education and became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and specialized in Oncology Massage. I am also a preferred provider of the Society for Oncology Massage.
